Announcements:
Minutes from last meeting – approved no objection
Police Report:
Officer Garrett was promoted out of our neighborhood and was unable to make the meeting due to training. She will send the crime report so we can put it on the website.
Treasury Report:
2022 Budget – large deficit from 2021, still waiting on a big sponsorship ($3,000) but a lot of the deficit is due to COVID
Normally we have $15-16,000 in sponsorship income
Some of our expenses have increased for quickbooks, stripe payments, etc.
Budget approved, but need to double-check for a quorum, may need to do an online vote or take another vote at the next general assembly

Trash Trucks running until midnight tonight and there will be a skeleton crew for the winter weather over the next few days

Putting forth an idea for a fee for affordable housing if developers are converting multiple family housing to smaller housing (i.e. 4-family to a duplex, etc.)
Parks
Forestry has been in the park trimming and cleaning up trees
Always looking for people to help maintain the parks come spring
Hoping to have some chess tutors in the park to provide free chess instruction in the summer
Events
Committee is beginning to plan for the new season of concerts and warm weather, etc.
Halloween Trunk or Treat and Santa parade were both a success at the end of the year
May-October is the goal to have a concert event every month

Need volunteers to help empty the poop bag containers, and also someone potentially to help plan events
Garden
Meeting with insurance broker to determine what the costs and insurability are on exploring/opening up the cave
Building review
Infill construction at Utah/Salena requested, that person will be invited to the February BRC meeting.
